Open and public webfaced scada system mostly used for building automation. No login just walk straight in.

Following on from the simple Bacnet search, here's some more specific devices. The bCX1-CR is native BACnet/IP protocol controller with a built-in web server.

I thought I was being a little unfair on the BACnet protocol, so I searched out the TAC/XENTA-913 gateway, which is, I believe (though I'm not certain) very LonWorks oriented.

Bacnet is the protocol for Building automation and control networks, which includes SCADA systems. Couple of routers here.
